Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Has experience as QA/QC, preferred in automotive industry
• Good communication skill and good command in English
• Having knowledge of process injection molding shall be your advantage

Job description

1. Customer complain and warranty claim handling
2. Action and resolve quality issue
3. Analyze and estabilish quality report (8D Report, why-why analysis and other quality tools)
4. Able to prepare quality and core tools documents (control plan, inspection standard, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)

2. Equipment Techinican

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Have working experience min 2 years in manufacture Familiar with inspection document preventive maintenance
• Familiar with injection molding machine (HAITIAN), vibration machine (PRASON), US welding, ho press and punching
• Logical thinking, can repair machine, troubleshooting problem machine
• Able to read electrical machine wiring, pneumatic & hydraulic system
• Having knowledge how to backup servo drive
• Certificated in PLC (SIEMENS, Mitsubishi) and able to teach robot 6 Axis FANUC/ABB practical will be more advantage
