Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or relevant fields
- Minimum of 1 year working experiencce as Payroll personnel
- Technical proficiency: strong knowledge of payroll software, Systems, and tools
- Proficient in regulations related to income tax (Pph 21), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as well as compensation and benefits
- Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to analyze complex data, generate reports, and make data driven decisions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling payroll data and transactions
- Strong problem solving skills and ablity to address and resolve payroll issues efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Able to communicate in English
