Key Responsibilities:
- Handle internal verification process (parameter-based) for machines.
- Ensure vision machines detect correctly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to verify machine readiness before operation.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for Engineers and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues related to the vision system.
Qualifications:
- Min. SMK in Electronics, Automotive, Electrical, or Industrial fields.
- Solid understanding of vision integration system principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel formulas for data analysis.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Prior experience in machine verification is required.
- Able to join ASAP.
