At Flip we’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Intern. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various IT support functions.
What you’ll do:
- Handle document management tasks, including printing, scanning, and filing
- Prepare and manage agreement documents
- Conduct IT asset inventory and management
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT and general administrative services
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and systems
- Contribute to IT projects
What you’ll need:
- Final year student or recent graduate in IT or any related field
- Basic IT support experience is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in computer devices and printers
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MacBook is preferred
- Willingness to work full-time in the office (Depok or Jakarta)
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship
