What you will do:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for internship and contract position under sales and marketing team
- Conduct induction session for new hires
- Maintained accurate external employee records and updated HR databases
- Handled interns’ salary claims, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication
- Administrative and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- ACTIVE undergraduate students in 7th or 8th semester from any major (preferably Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Management)
- Good communication skills
- Familiar to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Have prior internship/organizational experience in recruitment
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Available for 6 months of internship with a WFO arrangement
